For quite sometime we have been working on a newer version of ClassifiedAds.PK which was finally released recently. The new version comes with lots of improvements that we felt as lacking in the original design. Simplified page layout, sleek design, faster page loading, and improved accessibility to common tasks have been our focus in this new design. This post covers these improvements and provides an overview of them.

You will feel the difference the moment you see the new home page. The new home page loads much faster and has been simplified. The page content has been organized to make the commonly needed tools more accessible.

Ad Summary
Ad listings now show a brief summary of an advertisement. On the Ads page, you can also increase the text by clicking Read More or lessen it to the default by clicking Read Less.

In addition to the summary text, the footer section of every ad item contains a link to open it in a new window. This helps you avoid switching between pages and lets you remain on the current listing while viewing the ad at the same time in a separate browser window.
Improved Search and Introducing Advance Search
The search is another feature that was of primary focus in this version. We have greatly enhanced the Web site’s searching capability so that every search that you make provides you with the most relevant and accurate results. To make search more accessible, the Search bar has been added to the header section of every page.

Also introduced in this release is Advance Search. Advance Search allows you to more accurately configure your search criteria and limit your results to those ads that closely match it.

Ad Navigator
With Ad Navigator, you can now easily move between ads without having to go back to the ads list view. Do you want to view the next ad in the same category or sub-category that the current ad is in? Do you want to view ads in a series without having to go to the ads list page again and again? This is exactly what the Ad Navigator has been designed for. You can now easily move to the ads that are next and previous to the ad that you are currently viewing. And not only can you move to the next and previous ads in the series, but also those that are in the category or sub-category of the ad that you view.

By looking at the other keywords with Omnia 18910, we analyze that most of these searches were for price, features and comparison with similar models from other vendors. And, as the summer gets more and more hot, the locals are taking off to the northern parts of the country to enjoy the natural beauty and spend some time in the cool temperatures.
